The General Restocker is responsible for moving product from the back of the store to the shelves, keeping inventory organized, and supporting truck load-ins. They keep the store stocked and ready for customers throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Restock zone

Operate within the restock zone — keeping pallets, trolleys, and stock organized and accessible.

Truck load-in

Assist with back-of-store truck load-in: unloading, sorting, and storing incoming inventory.

Shelf replenishment

Move product from the back to the floor and ensure shelves are fully stocked, faced, and rotated.

Reporting

Flag missing inventory, damaged goods, and safety issues to a supervisor.

What they should be doing

Start of shift

Clock in, check the restock list, and grab your DRS Restocker Trolley.

Truck load-in

Help unload deliveries at the back truck bay and sort items into the restock zone.

On the floor

Run restocks to the floor, face shelves, and rotate stock so older product sells first.

End of shift

Return your trolley, tidy the restock zone, and report any issues before clocking out.
