Overview
The Supermarket Manager position is the highest and top seniority within the Management Team. Assited by the Supermarket Assistant Manager, they are responsible for managing day-to-day operations within the Supermarket. They are supervised by members of the Executive Team and Leadership Team.
Role Responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day operations.
- Ensures policies set by the Executive Team, Leadership, and Presidential Team are followed.
- Helps lower-ranked Management Team members and LR’s with learning their duties.
- Large communication with the public regarding in-game concerns.
The SuperMarket Manager is the highest rank within the Management Team, they are the number one go to involving store concerns.
