Moderation tiers escalate based on the severity and frequency of the issue. Each tier carries its own consequence.
Moderation tiers
Tiers are listed in order from least to most severe.Warning (1, 2, 3)
Strike system. Three escalating warnings before more serious action. Strikes may decay over time with good behavior.
Training Privilege Revoked
You lose access to attend trainings, hosting trainings, or both — depending on the offense.
Restricted Permissions Inside RSMT
Loss of certain in-game/group permissions — e.g. cannot switch to specific teams or access certain areas of the store.
Demotion
Rank is reduced. You lose the perks and access tied to your previous rank.
XP Demotion
Your XP is reduced, potentially dropping you below a rank threshold and affecting your Store Associate tier.
Temp-Ban
Temporary ban from the game, group, and/or related communications for a set period.
Perm-Ban
Permanent ban from the game, group, and related communications. No reapplication.
Account Removal From All Sites Across RSMT
Your account is removed from every RSMT site and service. The most severe consequence.
