The Executive Team is a crucial part of the RSMT community, they ensure policies and regulations are being followed, ensuring that policies are enforced, overseeing staff in the community, and ensuring of smooth day-to-day operations. In day- to-day terms, the Executive Team is responsible for:
  • Overseeing staff.
  • Ensuring policies that are implemented are being followed.
  • Assisting Management Team members or lower-ranked staff who are unsure of their duties.
  • Supervising day-to-day operations.
  • Managing low-rank and management staff members.
If Management is unable to assist you, the Executive Team is almost always the right place to escalate your concern to.
