Overview

Supermarket Assistants are considered the Intern position within Management, they are still new to the Management position. They carry the responsibilities of the Management Team, such as assisting with the management of LR and ensuring of smoothness within RoSuperMarket. Assistants are not offically apart of the Management team yet, they are often still in training.

Role Responsibilities

  • Learning their duties of their positipn.
  • Learning how to/managing low ranks.
  • Ensuring of smoothness within the ingame server.
  • Answering low-level support tickets.
  • Teaching/ assisitng new Low Ranks with their duties.

What Are SMTA’s considered?

Supermarket Assistants are considered entry-level Management Team members, they are not yet officially part of the team.
