How XP works

XP (experience points) is earned automatically as you play. Working shifts, helping customers, and being active in-store all contribute. Each XP milestone unlocks a new rank along the Store Associate track.
XP is account-wide and never resets — every shift adds to your progress.

Store Associate ranks

Progress through the Store Associate track by hitting these XP milestones:

Trainee Associate

Starting rankThe default rank when you join the team.

Supermarket Associate

50 XPYour first promotion — you’ve put in the time on the floor.

Senior Associate

100 XPA seasoned associate with solid floor experience.

Head Associate

500XP — the top of the Store Associate track.Along with your rank tag, you unlock a crown symbol displayed on the side of your name.

XP Abuse

At ANY Point in time if an HR, MR OR SHR see you Breaking the rules depending on the severity, your XP could go down OR a demotion May Be In Place.
