Overview

The Assistant Manager position is considered an experienced, and senior rank within the Management Team. Their experience helps them to effectively assist other Management Team members as well as assisting the Manager with managing day-to-day operations. They carry the duties of the Management Team

Role Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Supermarket Manager with day-to-day management;
  • Responsible for assisting/supervising lower ranked Management Team Members and LR.
  • Ensures of the smoothness of RoSuperMarket.
  • Takes the duties of an Supermarket Manager in the case to which none is in the server or is not available.

Supermarket Assistants are senior-ranked Management Team Members, they are an assistant to the Supermarket Manager and assists with managing day-to-day operations.
