Overview

Supermarket Supervisors are experienced members within the Management Team, they are often members who have completed training and has experienced the role of Supermarket Assistant. They carry the duties of the Management Team and is able to effectively complete their duties because of their experience.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assisting low ranks and new members of the Management Team.
  • Ensures of smoothness within day-to-day operations
  • Manages/supervises Low Ranks.
  • Enforces community regulations.
