Stock & presentation

Keep shelves stocked, faced, and rotated so products look great and stay fresh.

Store cleanliness

Maintain clean, safe, and organized aisles, displays, and back-of-house areas.

Customer service

Assist customers with product questions, recommendations, and store navigation.

Reporting

Flag inventory shortages, damaged goods, and safety issues to a supervisor.

What they should be doing

Start of shift

Clock in, Head to Briefing Room, and review priority tasks with your supervisor.

On the floor

Greet customers, answer questions, and keep shelves stocked, faced, and clearly priced.

Proceed With Your Assigned Task

If you were assigned a task by your Supervisor, that task is TOP Priority.

End of shift

Tidy your zone, restock essentials, and report any issues before clocking out.
