# XP Guide

> How XP works and the ranks you can unlock as you play.

  Earn **XP** as you play. Hit XP milestones to unlock new ranks and perks — the more you play, the higher you climb.

## How XP works

XP (experience points) is earned automatically as you play. Working shifts, helping customers, and being active in-store all contribute. Each XP milestone unlocks a new rank along the Store Associate track.

  XP is account-wide and never resets — every shift adds to your progress.

## Store Associate ranks

Progress through the Store Associate track by hitting these XP milestones:

    **Starting rank**

    The default rank when you join the team.

  <Card title="Supermarket Associate" icon="user-check">
    **50 XP**

    Your first promotion — you've put in the time on the floor.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Senior Associate" icon="medal">
    **100 XP**

    A seasoned associate with solid floor experience.
  </Card>

<Card title="Head Associate" icon="crown">
  **500XP** — the top of the Store Associate track.

  Along with your rank tag, you unlock a <Icon icon="crown" /> **crown symbol** displayed on the side of your name.

| Supermarket Assistant         | 1150        | Starting MR Rank + Rank Tag/Mod Icon |
| Supermarket Supervisor        | 1500        | Rank Tag/Mod Icon                    |
| Supermarket Assistant Manager | 2500        | Rank Tag/Mod Icon                    |
| Supermarket Manager           | 3000        | Rank Tag/Mod Icon                    |

  At **ANY** Point in time if an HR, MR OR SHR see you Breaking the rules depending on the severity, your XP could go down OR a demotion May Be In Place.
