# Supermarket Manager

> Overview of the Supermarket Manager role.

## Overview

The Supermarket Manager position is the highest and top seniority within the Management Team. Assited by the Supermarket Assistant Manager, they are responsible for managing day-to-day operations within the Supermarket. They are supervised by members of the Executive Team and Leadership Team.

### Role Responsibilities

* Manages day-to-day operations.
* Ensures policies set by the Executive Team, Leadership, and Presidential Team are followed.
* Helps lower-ranked Management Team members and LR’s with learning their duties.
* Large communication with the public regarding in-game concerns.
