# Moderation Level

> Tiers of moderation and consequences for staff at RoSupermarket (RSMT).

  Moderation tiers escalate based on the severity and frequency of the issue. Each tier carries its own consequence.

## Moderation tiers

Tiers are listed in order from least to most severe.

    **Strike system.** Three escalating warnings before more serious action. Strikes may decay over time with good behavior.

  <Card title="Kick From In-Game and/or Discord Server" icon="sparkles">
    Temporary removal from in-game and/or discord server. **Issued after 3 warnings.**
  </Card>

  <Card title="Training Privilege Revoked" icon="book-x">
    You lose access to attend trainings, hosting trainings, or both — depending on the offense. \
    **Issued after 3 warnings.**
  </Card>

  <Card title="Restricted Permissions Inside RSMT" icon="lock">
    Loss of certain in-game/group permissions — e.g. cannot switch to specific teams or access certain areas of the store.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Demotion" icon="arrow-down">
    Rank is reduced. You lose the perks and access tied to your previous rank. (If user is staff or has boosted the server.)
  </Card>

  <Card title="XP Demotion" icon="star-off">
    Your XP is reduced, potentially dropping you below a rank threshold and affecting your Store Associate tier. (If user is staff)
  </Card>

  <Card title="Temp-Ban" icon="clock">
    Temporary ban from the game, group, and/or related communications for a set period. **Issued after user has obtained 3 warnings and has been kicked from the server, and continues to break the rules. Can also be issued if user is not a staff member or is not a server booster.**
  </Card>

  <Card title="Perm-Ban" icon="ban">
    Permanent ban from the game, group, and related communications. No reapplication.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Account Removal From All Sites Across RSMT" icon="user-x">
    Your account is removed from every RSMT site and service. The most severe consequence.
  </Card>

  Severity isn't always linear. Serious offenses (harassment, exploits, cheating) may skip tiers and jump directly to Temp-Ban, Perm-Ban, or Account Removal.
